Another quick update on the lower ab exercises. It’s now been about 8 weeks, and I’m finally getting the shredded washboard I’ve always wanted!
Too bad summer is almost over, so I don’t have much time left to show off my hard work
I’ll have to walk around shirtless all winter! lol
I’ve built up to being able to hold “The Plank” for over 1 minute, and I can now do 8 “Hanging Leg Raises,” which are two of the hardest lower ab exercises mentioned in the article.

I never knew what a difference lower ab exercises could make! I’ve been doing crunches and situps like there’s no tomorrow AND eating right, but I still couldn’t get the ripped six-pack I wanted.
Finally, I stumbled upon this article with the best lower ab exercises. I was already pretty advanced, so I skipped right to #4 and #5, and WOW, what a difference!
After only a month, the definition in my abs is WAY better than it used to be. Plus, I know the exercises are working, because I can feel the burn in the right places the next day, which I hadn’t felt since I first started doing crunches. That’s good news, it means it’s working!
I hope you have the same success with these lower ab exercises!
