Another quick update on the lower ab exercises. It’s now been about 8 weeks, and I’m finally getting the shredded washboard I’ve always wanted!
Too bad summer is almost over, so I don’t have much time left to show off my hard work
I’ll have to walk around shirtless all winter! lol
I’ve built up to being able to hold “The Plank” for over 1 minute, and I can now do 8 “Hanging Leg Raises,” which are two of the hardest lower ab exercises mentioned in the article.
