Lower Ab Exercises Update

Another quick update on the lower ab exercises. It’s now been about 8 weeks, and I’m finally getting the shredded washboard I’ve always wanted!

Too bad summer is almost over, so I don’t have much time left to show off my hard work :(

I’ll have to walk around shirtless all winter! lol

I’ve built up to being able to hold “The Plank” for over 1 minute, and I can now do 8 “Hanging Leg Raises,” which are two of the hardest lower ab exercises mentioned in the article.
